Parents Workshop Session

Thank you to all those parents that attended the Maths session on the written calculation strategies this morning. Lots of you expressed interest in finding out more about the strategies but could not attend the session so I will add the PowerPoint slides used in the session on our school website, so please look out for it.

Following your feedback and requests, a Maths targets booklet relevant to your child’s year group will be coming home with your child on Monday, outlining what children should be able to do for their specific year group. This will also be added onto our website. I hope you find this useful.

Should you have any concerns regarding helping your child with mathematics then please contact me.

Counting to 12

A long long time ago children used to watch a programme called Sesame Street, which used to help children to read, write and count. Why not ask a grwon up if they remember this clip?
